Shipping Policy

In-Store Pick Up

Enjoy free local pickup at our store to avoid shipping fees. Once your order is placed and local pickup is selected at checkout, your items will be prepared within 2 business days. You’ll receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup, along with detailed instructions.

Our in-store pickup hours are as follows:

  • Monday to Friday: 8 am to 7 pm
  • Saturday: 8 am to 5 pm
  • Sunday: 10 am to 5 pm

Local Delivery

During checkout, you can select from various shipping options. If you’re located in Ontario, expect your shipment to arrive within 5 business days for Standard Shipping and 3 business days for Express Shipping. Once your order is shipped, we’ll notify you via email, providing you with a tracking number for your convenience.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping, with estimated delivery times of 3-5 business days for Standard Shipping and 2-3 business days for Express Shipping to the US. However, please note that exact delivery times may vary based on the shipping carrier. Additionally, please be aware that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are your responsibility as the customer.

Checking Your Order Status

Upon placing your order, please allow up to 24 hours for confirmation. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at [email protected] with your name and order number, and we’ll assist you promptly.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We regret to inform you that we do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please ensure you provide a valid shipping address for prompt delivery.
